Balance Adjusters is based in Houston, Texas and has been managed by CEO/Founder Allen Jeffery “A.J.” Vise since 1989. In 2009 the firm celebrated its 20th anniversary. We handle claims of all sizes for owners of office, commercial, industrial, multifamily, institutional and hotel properties.

Balance Loss Consultants draws on resources and the long-term relationships developed over years of advocating for the policyholder. Highly specialized and well respected professionals are utilized on a claim by claim basis. Allen Jeffrey “AJ” Vise, SPPA

A.J. Vise has built an international reputation on responsive, skillful and professional assistance to insureds in commercial, industrial, multifamily and residential claim settlements.

Unlike other public adjusters, Mr. Vise spent many years inside the insurance industry, where he managed claims review and processing at the area and regional level. Mr. Vise is a Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA), the highest accreditation in the profession.
